Our Ginger Bar was inspired by the discovery of Phan Farms’ organic ginger at the Berkeley Farmers Market. We decided to use their organic eggs to make a zesty Lemon Almond Nougat that complements the spicy House-Candied Ginger atop the bar.
We ship out Monday-Friday. To order in advance and request a future delivery date, please email us after ordering.
